Blackbelly is an amazing restaurant off the beaten path of Pearl Street. It is also a local butcher that sells local meats.

Forget about seafood, CO is landlocked. But we manage to raise wagyu here. Read the booklets inside the butcher about the local breeds of wagyu. The wagyu steak is great gift for your friends tonight.

Although located pretty far East of downtown, it's worth the trip! The Chef, Hosea Rosenberg, is a winner! He's expanded his catering business into a sizzling, special restaurant featuring their amazing produce. The beef tartare, amazing cuts of meat, original smoked cheddar grits....the whole experience is easy but really special.
