This is one of the nicest green areas in Munich and one of the best spots for a run along the river, a coffee in the sun or a chill out spot for hangovers

This is are beautiful river Isar, that has been "renaturalised" in recent years. It doesn't get more beautiful than here. Grab a picknick and sit right next to the bridge on the new stonesteps.
